Trickster Plays

IN THIS LIFE
SO FULL OF MISCALCULATION AND DISCOVERY.
THE GODS THEY LAUGH,
WATCH US DANCE AROUND OUR FIRES.
FOR ONCE AND MORE,
TIA TELLS ME NOT YET.
TA’XET IS NOT READY,
TO GIVE OVER TO HER.
YELTH HAS PLAYED HIS GAMES ONCE MORE,
RELEASED OUR LIFE –
MAKE US FIGHT FOR THE LIGHT.
LOOK AT K’AAY TS’AAW,
MAKE ONE WISH.
LAY THE HOPES OF YOUR HEART DOWN,
GUUD CARRY ME TO THE LAND OF XAAYDA.
FOR NOW WE MUST WAIT,
THE TRICKSTER WILL PLAY.
STAND TALL, AND REMEMBER.
BE STRONG, AND REMEMBER.
DÁNG DÍI KUYÁADAANG DAGWÁANG.

Take Me Home

WOULD YOU, TAKE ME WITH YOU.
IF YOU COULD – IF I WOULD.
FAR AWAY, TO THE WIND, TO THE SEA.
BACK TO THE FORESTS, GREEN, SO ALIVE.
WHERE THE WILD LIFE, SO WILD –
TRUE SPIRIT, ROAMING FREE.
THE SOUL CAN FIND – FREE TO KNOW ITSELF.
CALL ME HOME,
THE WHISPER IN THE WIND,
SMELL IT IN THE AIR.
